What SaaSyra uses to run the service, and the optional analytics you control.
Accounts and contributions
We process your email, authentication information and profile details to provide an account. We store product submissions, edits, reviews and alternative suggestions for the directory and moderation. Approved listing content and published reviews are public. Do not put private information in public fields.
Claim information
Claim requests include a business email, a verification note and optional evidence links. They are available to the requester and authorized moderators, not public visitors or other founders. We use them to assess ownership requests and keep moderation records.
Essential storage
Browser storage keeps your sign-in session, temporary authentication state, language, theme and privacy preference. These support security and features you request. Rejecting analytics does not disable sign-in. Your browser can clear this storage; doing so may sign you out or reset your preferences.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept analytics. We measure limited discovery and interface events, such as page type, selected language and software link clicks. We do not send names, email addresses, account IDs, search text or claim evidence in our analytics events. Google receives technical connection information when its tag loads and may store analytics cookies. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization remain denied in Consent Mode.
Your choices
Use Privacy Choices at any time to accept or reject analytics. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics events and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies. It does not remove data already received by Google. The same preference panel is available in the footer.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, database and media storage. Resend delivers account confirmation and password reset emails. Netlify hosts the website and handles requests, including operational logs. Google provides optional analytics. These providers process relevant information to deliver their services and may process it in different countries.
Retention and requests
We retain account and contribution information while needed to operate the service, resolve claims, handle abuse and meet applicable obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed; some records may need to remain for security or legal reasons, and backups may take time to expire. Use Contact for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. We may need to verify that the request is yours.
